Portfolio
Regarding your portfolio, scans from your negatives would have produced better results. Well-made copy photographs (digital) of your prints would also improve how you represent your analogue prints. The inclusion of push pins is unprofessional (but understandable, given that I know you documented your prints on the wall). Better copy images can be made using the copy stand. Sometimes, it can be helpful for others to see works in-situ, installation shots that reference how the artwork is displayed and their size.

Your budget is well-developed. The amounts are usually rounded up (for example, $316.00 would be $320.00, etc.). Also, the application form and terms of reference refer to a specific per diem amount.
